Refund and Returns Policy

At Preeti, we always aim to deliver a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. However, if you face any of the following issues with your order:
- Product arrived damaged
- Item missing from the package
- Product is different from what was shown or described
You may be eligible for a refund (via bKash/Nagad) or a replacement, depending on the case.
Proof Is Mandatory
To ensure a fair resolution, proper evidence is required:
- Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is missing or incorrect, notify us immediately while they are present.
- If checking at delivery isnโt possible, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening.
- No exchange or refund will be processed without valid proof.
Complaint Time Limit
- All issues must be reported immediately after delivery. Complaints made later will not be accepted.
Abuse of Return Policy & Account Ban
Preeti reserves the right to ban customers who:
- Attempt to return items without a genuine reason
- Reject delivery without valid cause
- Avoid communication or intentionally stay unavailable
In such cases, customers must bear both delivery and return charges.
Fraudulent activities may also be reported in #FRAUD_ALERT groups and on the Truecaller platform.
Location-Wise Rules
- Inside Dhaka: Refund or replacement (subject to product condition & availability)
- Outside Dhaka: Refund only (replacement allowed only for selected high-value items)
- Fragile, bulky, limited-stock, or slightly damaged items: Refund only โ no exchange
Refund Details
- Refund Method: bKash / Nagad (full or partial depending on damage)
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately. Please allow 7โ10 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- No extra delivery charge will be applied for valid replacement cases.
